Terms of Use

Welcome to Starbike. These Terms of Use govern your use of the Starbike mobile game (the "Application"), developed and published by EuroApp SIA ("We", "Us", or "Our").

By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Application.

1. License and Use

We grant you a personal, worldwide, royalty-free, non-assignable, non-exclusive, revocable, and non-sublicensable license to access and use the Application. This license is for the sole purpose of enabling you to use and enjoy the benefit of the game as provided by us, in the manner permitted by these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Application.
• Use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, hacks, mods, or any unauthorized third-party software designed to modify or interfere with the game experience.
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the Application.

2. Intellectual Property

The Application, including all text, graphics, user interfaces, visual interfaces, photographs, trademarks, logos, sounds, music, artwork, computer code, game mechanics, and lore, is owned, controlled, or licensed by or to EuroApp SIA, and is protected by copyright, patent, and trademark laws, and various other intellectual property rights.

3. In-App Purchases and Virtual Items

The Application may include virtual currencies, such as coins, or virtual items or services for use within the Application ("Virtual Items"). You may purchase Virtual Items through Google Play.

• You do not own Virtual Items but have a limited, revocable license to use them within the Application.
• Virtual Items have no real-world value and cannot be redeemed for actual currency, goods, or other items of monetary value.
• All purchases of Virtual Items are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or the platform's refund policy.

4. Accounts and Data Storage

The Application does not require user registration or account creation. All game progress is saved locally on your device. We are not responsible for any lost game progress, including purchased Virtual Items, if you uninstall the game, clear your app data, or switch devices.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall EuroApp SIA, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Application.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes within the Application or by updating the date at the top of these Terms. By continuing to access or use our Application after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Latvia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
